Robert Pattinson has admitted that his ‘Twilight’ fans, also known as Twi-hards, really actually freak him , especially when they know so much about him.

The actor also reveals that he’s had enough of being a Vampire and acting in movies, although he doesn’t his performance was bad.

The 26-year-old actor, who was seen kissing his Kristen Stewart in Cannes last week, feels that a lot of the hardcore fans now a scary amount of details, and remember things from off-hand comments.

In an interview with Shortlist, Rob said: “The more times you have actual encounters with fans the more they know you and know very specific things about you.”

The actor, who is often hounded everywhere he goes, after having been catapulted into international fame, not only through his role in Harry Potter but also as Edward Cullen in the hugely popular ‘Twilight Saga’.

“From a distance you see this huge writhing screaming mass and then you go up and they are talking about a book that you mentioned like three years ago in an interview,” he continued.

“Then they are like ‘Oh, I read that book!’ or whatever. Everyone has their individual little anecdotes. On the first Twilight movie people were just screaming. They had no idea who we were and it is kind of different now.”

The actor also didn’t hold back when it came to the ‘Twilight’ movies, which are based on Stephenie Meyer’s novels.

Rob admitted that he found it tough to create new ideas, and bring more to the character after having played the same part for five movies. (The last one ‘Breaking Dawn: Part Two’ is due out in November).

“Playing the same part for a while, you just run out of ideas. You feel kind of useless, you don’t know what to do anymore,” he said.

“I’m not trying to get away from it. You’re screwing yourself, you’re saying you think your work is s**t if you try and get away from it. And I never thought it was [s**t]. But I kind of got to the end of my inspiration.

“You get to the point where you’re like, ‘I don’t want to do a film for a teen audience anymore’.”
