While many would fail to pull off the yellow trucker footwear, the 24-year-old sizzled as she got the crowd on their feet.
The songbird, who donned a curly blonde wig, jazzed up the boots with barely-there shorts and fishnets during the up-tempo track.
Earlied on the evening she took the prize for Best International Artist for the second year running.
