Beyoncé honored Oprah by performing, “Run The World (Girls),” on the first half of “Surprise Oprah! A Farewell Spectacular.” After being introduced by Dakota Fanning, the iconic singer ironically passed out diplomas to her scantly clad school-girl background dancers. She then proceeded to an intense routine of 1, 2 steps and stanky legs.
