At age 66, Dr. Joyce Roselind Aryee is still her bubbly self – agile, humorous, and confident and still keeps her broad, infectious smiles that often belie her reputation as a first grade disciplinarian.
On Thursday she was the guest of Bola Ray’s Personality Profile on Joy 99.7FM, sharing memories about childhood; life at Achimota school whose anthem she still remembers and sang; and where a love letter got her crying; her political life; marriage (where she says she hasn’t done too well) and her gospel ministry – Salt & Light Ministries where she is the Founder and Executive Director.
The Order of the Volta of Ghana (Companion) awardee; winner of the African Female Business Leader of the Year 2009 award by the African Leadership on Centre for Economic and Leadership Development; the 2007 CIMG Marketing Woman of the Year, ex-Minister of State and immediate past Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Chamber of Mines and currently a Management & Communication Consultant and a Professional Counselor also talked about the essence of Easter, her motivations in life and the need for the youth to prioritize and make most with their lives.
