Hulk Hogan has threatened to sue Gawker if the website doesn’t take down footage from his leaked sex tape.
The former WWE wrestler and actor has got his team of lawyers to draft a cease-to-desist letter to the website, demanding they remove their edited one-minute long clip of the 30-minute tape, reports TMZ.
Hogan’s lawyer David R. Houston told the US gossip site:This tape was made secretly without Hulk’s knowledge or permission. We are going to do everything in our power to figure out who did it. Anyone displaying the tape will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law
