It’s good news for fans of the very popular fantasy book series Harry Potter as the enthralling conclusion to the seven-series novel ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’ will be showing at the cinemas in Nigeria come July 15, 2011.
The movie which has grossed $954,501,070 in revenue has Hollywood spellbound with its plot and highly emotional scenes. In its opening weekend, Part 1 grossed $330 million, the third highest in the series, and the highest opening of 2010, as well as the sixth-highest of all-time. It also has had the highest sale of tickets in the last one month of release. The concluding film in the series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, is set to be released on July 15, 2011.
‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’ the movie, will be showing at cinemas in Lagos and Port Harcourt, specifically at Ozone Cinemas, City Mall, Genesis Duluxe Cinemas in Lagos and I-cinemas in Port Harcourt.
The movie was directed by David Yates and was written by Steve Kloves and produced by David Heyman, David Barron and Rowling.
The Harry Potter film series is based on the Harry Potter novels by the British author J. K. Rowling and is distributed by Warner Bros.
