Wow! Good you remember her. She' really a good singer…My favorites of her songs are "Oghene me," "Happy Birthday," the most touching is the song in which a young boy hawking eggs in the busy streets of Lagos accidentallly got all the eggs broken. All her songs are beautiful. Thanks for posting!
"OBARO!" That's the one I love most! It brings back memories oo…When dad would come back from work, turn the TV on, and Ogholi's song is being played…then you'ld knw it's evening time lol! Kids, kids, kids lol! would copy the guy with radio on his shoulder and Ogholi's reggae dance style…Looking back now, it's all beautiful.
I so much love Edna's songs; it's mind blowing. It reminds me of my childhood days. "..nigeria, my beloveth country…" huh! I wish life cld be as interesting as my childhood days wen Edna's songs ar making most waves. I love u Edna!
