Billboard Dancehall/Reggae artist Erup has been busy abroad working on his US promo tour as well as his debut album. He has also recorded several international collaborations while in the US with artistes such as “The-Dream,” (Grammy Award winning producer, songwriter and artiste) He is known for co-writing chart topping hits such as “Baby” for Justin Bieber, “Umbrella” for Rihanna and “Single Ladies” for Beyonce, Pusha T (signed to Kanye West G.O.O.D music) and Uncle Murda (signed to La Reid Sony/Epic records). When asked about his collaborations with The Dream and Pusha T, Erup said, “ Mi can’t say too much about it. Just know say everybody’s going to be in for a big surprise.” He has also recorded 2 tracks with Uncle Murda, one that will be featured on Uncle Murda’s album which is produced by GQBeats (Producer Catalog: Fabolous, Maino Wacka Flocka, Cassidy & More) entitled Warning pt. 2 and one that is for his project produced by LmrPro (Producer Catalog: Gentleman, JoJo Simmons, Spragga Benz, Jr Reid & More.) entitled “Money Right”. Uncle Murda’s single Warning pt .1 was a summer hit last year and was also remixed twice. One version featured Mariah Carey, 50 Cent and Young Jeezy and another version featuring French Montana, Jadakiss , Styles P, Jim Jones, Vado, Cam’ron. Erup believes that Warning pt. 2 will be even bigger than pt.1 and foresees every rapper wanting to get on the remix. Currently there is a female International artiste that Erup is set to do a Collaboration with however her name wont be disclosed at this time but at a later date. Erup has already brought his brand of Dancehall to a worldwide audience with his Billboard hit song “Click Me Finger” but he now hopes to Break new barriers for Dancehall/Reggae and move major figures in the US Market.
