After weeks of anticipation, Dance234, a new dance reality show, will begin auditions on Sunday June 12, 2011 in Abuja. A press release from their management company Bigsam Media reveals that the auditions which will hold at the Vine hotel, Garki, Abuja will run through to Tuesday June 14. The release also stated that auditioning will move to Benin Enugu and Lagos at the conclusion of the Abuja phase.
“Auditions will hold in Enugu on June 17, 18 and 19 at the Hotel Presidential, Enugu; in Benin on June 21, 22, and 23 at NTA Benin, TV road; and finally in Lagos on June 25, 26 and 27 at KOGA Entertainment, Bolaji Close, Oregun, Lagos,” the release states.
Speaking on the audition, Brandiny, one of the appointed judges of the show revealed that the organizers are well geared for the task ahead.
“We are all set for the Dance234 auditions in all the regions and as judges we do not assume this is going to be an easy task so we are working hard on our skills to pick the twenty finalists consisting of an equal mixture of boys and girls who will battle it out on the KOGA stage in Lagos for the grand price of a car, N1,000,000 and a dance course abroad,” the professional dancer said.
